It's fair to say that teenage boys aren't necessarily the most enthusiastic bunch when it comes to a portrait photoshoot, especially not one taking place in public. But, despite the moody expression, Humphrey was an amazing sport and we capture some awesome photos of him.
We met in Helmsley, North Yorkshire for a shoot in the evening when it was meant to be a little quieter with less people around. It was busier than anticipated but thankfully I know the town well and we found some great spots to capture Humphrey's portraits.
Because Helmsley is a historic market town the architecture ranges fantastically. This doorway to the library made for brilliant framing.
This shoot wasn't very long in duration, about 30 minutes, but we did capture a wide range of shots for Humphrey and his family.
And, no visit to Helmsley is complete without a tray of chips from Deep Blue Fish & Chips.
